Singer-songwriter Frankie Wesson started writing songs and performing in her hometown of Abergavenny at the age of 16. A self-taught musician, her cinematic and captivating original songs are drawn from personal experience in life, love and growing up. Raised on artists like Fleetwood Mac, Alanis Morisette, Tracy Chapman and Eva Cassidy she also takes inspiration from a mix of contemporary artists such as Deaf Havana, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, and Gabrielle Aplin. Coming together to create an acoustic pop/rock feel, of memories to music straight from the pages of her diary. Frankie boasts a versatile vocal range and catchy choruses with a passionate and energetic live performance. Accompanied by talented musician Reuben F Tourettes who brings his own flair to the table with his lyrical guitar playing and sensitive musical arrangements. Her self-penned work has been featured on BBC Radio 6 and BBC Introducing Wales and several local radio stations. These two have recently performed at Monmouth Festival, How The Light Gets In – in Hay On Wye and London, Welshfest, Welshpool Music Festival, Welshpool Country Festival.
