We are a Four Piece Indie pop/rock covers band based in The Forest of Dean and formed in 2019. We cover songs from bands such as Stereophonics, Stone Roses, No doubt, Arctic Monkeys and many more!
3pm Lila J
Original, acoustic music, an audacious noise from a duo who deliver unforgettable, sing-a-long tunes and anthemic choruses.
Expect a big sound from this pair, with anthemic tunes, sing a long choruses and gypsy stomps with throbbing pulses, that will stay with you long after the show is over!
Pacifica are a Cardiff based Rock and Roll band that formed in early 2021 during the pandemic. The group consists of three school friends who love football, rugby, music, going out with mates and having a good time.
5pm The Indigos
The Indigos are a Cheltenham based trio with an indie/Alt blend. They have been playing together since 2018 mostly covers but have since released their own original material.
6.15pm Spectrum 4
Spectrum 4 is a four piece Gloucestershire based band that formed in 2016 to play their music style to people who enjoy seeing female fronted bands at live shows. Their music has been likened to Alternative Folk Rock with a twist! By the melodic vocals and lyrics of Christine Eaton. They have been playing live shows mainly in Gloucestershire and have been playing a set based on 30% covers alongside 70% of their own music.
7.30pm Killing Lucy
Killing Lucy were formed in 2019. A group of local lads who individually have been in and around the FOD music scene for over 20 years. As a collective Killing Lucy gained a quick and popular following. The band got their name from the combination of the TV show killing Eve and the kind lady who let them practice at her establishment. The bands line up is now settled on the three piece of Danny Meek (Vocals/Guitar), Dan Hopkins (Bass/Vocals) and Liam Screen (Drums). All members grew up with music from the 90’s/ early 2000’s but also are heavily influenced by the classic British era of the Beatles to the Pistols and everything in between as well as American blues, punk and new wave.
2pm Josh Hicks
Josh Hicks is an artist from South Wales. Winner of Open Mic UK 2021. Deemed to be ticking all the right boxes with his music, Josh’s performances always leave audiences wanting more. He will be playing with Erin Wayne (drummer) and Joe Herbert (guitarist).
3pm Amaretto Lounge
Amaretto Lounge are a well known local 3 piece group consisting of Ali Park on lead vocal and percussion, Dave Griffiths on bass and Les King on guitar. They play an eclectic mix of chilled out, stripped back, smooth covers – there’s something for everyone!
EscherSteps are a new progressive rock band, formed within the last twelve months. It contains current and former members of prog legends Curved Air, as well as alumni of renowned jazz ensemble Loose Tubes and Forest of Dean ska/hip-hop combo Boys In The Wood. EscherSteps play brand new, original compositions which draw influences from the likes of King Crimson, Traffic and Radiohead (amongst others), to create something that doesn’t quite sound like any of them…
5pm Cosmic Ninja
Cosmic Ninja are a queer-fronted, four-piece band who never fail to leave an impression with their fusion of rock, alternative and electronic sounds. Balancing artistic merit with mainstream visibility, they take inspiration from Enter Shikari, Don Broco, BMTH, and Pendulum, whilst presenting a punkish, hardcore energy in the sonic force of their music. Based out of Bristol, UK, the group is made up of vocalist Tamsin Cullum, guitarist and vocalist Jonny Angelini, bass and backing vocalist Robin De Wandelear and drummer Danny Watts.
We are a 5 piece guitar based band from the Forest of Dean. We have been together for over 4 years now having played in the forest and all over the country. We have stayed tight and creative throughout lockdown.
7.30pm Viva La Bear
A 4 piece Alt-Rock/Indie ensemble. With over a decade of history in other musical projects nearly all of their individual works have originated in the Forest of Dean, leaving them with deep roots and a sincere connection with the local area.
